PSYCHOTHERAPY

FAMILY THERAPY

I help families develop new ways of interacting and communicating with one another.

COUPLES THERAPY

Couples therapy is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on improving communication and resolving conflicts between partners. I work with couples to identify and understand their patterns of behavior and communication. I help couples develop new ways of communicating and resolving conflicts to improve their relationship.

GROUP THERAPY

Group therapy is a type of psychotherapy that involves a small group of people working together with a therapist. Group therapy can be an effective way to build social skills, improve relationships, and develop coping strategies. I offer group therapy sessions for clients who are interested in working with others who are experiencing similar issues.

SUPERVISION

As a Clinical Psychologist, I offer supervision to other mental health professionals. Supervision is a collaborative process where I work with other therapists to develop their skills and knowledge. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where therapists can discuss their cases and receive feedback.

DEPRESSION

Depression is a common mental health condition that can cause feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and loss of interest in activities. As a Clinical Psychologist, I work with clients who are experiencing depression to develop coping strategies and improve their mood. As a Clinical Psychologist, I work with clients who have experienced stress or trauma to develop coping strategies and improve their mental wellbeing. I use evidence-based treatments such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients manage their symptoms.

PARENTING SUPPORT

Parenting can be challenging, and it's common for parents to feel overwhelmed or unsure of how to handle certain situations. As a Clinical Psychologist, I offer parenting support to help parents develop effective strategies for managing their children's behavior. I help parents develop a deeper understanding of their children's needs and provide guidance on how to build strong, positive relationships with them.
